Instructions
- Begin by combining the granulated sugar and salted butter in a mixer, mixing at medium speed until the mixture is smooth.
- Gradually add the large eggs to the butter and sugar mixture, beating together until the texture is fluffy.
- Next, incorporate the vanilla extract and lemon extract into the mixture.
- Lower the mixer speed to low and slowly add the all-purpose flour until everything is combined; then increase the speed to mix thoroughly.
- Once the dough is ready, remove it from the mixer, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- After the chilling period, roll out the dough using a rolling pin and cut out shapes with your desired cookie cutters.
- Finally, bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
