  • ½ cup purple-tinted cream cheese frosting

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners. 🧁

2️⃣ In a bowl, mix together the flour, softened butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture forms a soft dough. 🍚

3️⃣ Press about 1 tablespoon of dough evenly into the bottom of each cup in the muffin tin. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool. 🕒

4️⃣ In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lime zest, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. 🍋

5️⃣ Spoon a layer of blueberry preserves over the cooled crust in each cup. Then, pipe the cream cheese mixture over the blueberry layer, filling each cup nearly to the top. 🍰

6️⃣ Spoon the remaining blueberry preserves over the cream cheese mixture. 🍇

7️⃣ Top each cupcake with a swirl of purple-tinted cream cheese frosting. 🎨

8️⃣ Garnish with fresh blueberries, lime slices, and lime zest. 🍈
