Description
This delicious cajun beef spaghetti delight in creamy three-cheese parmesan sauce combines wonderful flavors and textures. Made with spaghetti, diced sirloin or ribeye steak, and 2 tbsp cajun seasoning, it’s a satisfying dish that’s perfect for any pasta lover.

- 400g spaghetti
- 450g diced sirloin or ribeye steak
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100g cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Toss diced beef with Cajun seasoning. In a hot skillet, melt butter and sear beef until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until sauce is smooth and melted.
- Return the beef and spaghetti to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the cheesy sauce evenly.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and Cajun spice, if desired.
