Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 10.5 oz cheddar cheese condensed soup
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • ¾ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 32 oz frozen tater tots (keep frozen)

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2️⃣ Cook the Beef
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to break it into crumbles. Once cooked through, drain any excess grease to prevent the casserole from becoming overly oily.

3️⃣ Season the Beef
Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well to evenly distribute the flavors.

4️⃣ Mix the Sauce
Stir in the cheddar cheese condensed soup, sour cream, cooked turkey bacon, and milk. Mix until the beef is thoroughly coated with the creamy sauce.

5️⃣ Assemble the Casserole
Pour the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.

6️⃣ Add Tater Tots and Cheese
Layer the frozen tater tots evenly over the beef mixture. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Using a spatula, gently mix everything in the pan until evenly coated.
