Description
A rich and creamy dessert that brings together the nostalgic flavors of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff, this No-Bake Fluffernutter Pie is simple to make and irresistibly delicious. With a buttery graham cracker crust and a fluffy, sweet filling, it’s the perfect treat for peanut butter lovers. Best of all, no oven is required.
Ingredients
For the crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
For the filling:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), plus more for topping
Instructions
Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl. Mix until the crumbs are fully coated and resemble wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and fluffy.
Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and evenly combined.
Spoon the filling into the chilled crust and spread it evenly. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
Before serving, top with additional whipped topping if desired. Optional garnishes include crushed peanuts, drizzled chocolate, or mini marshmallows for an extra touch.
Notes
This pie can be made a day in advance and kept chilled until ready to serve. Use a natural or sweetened peanut butter depending on your flavor preference. For a twist, try using a chocolate graham cracker crust or add a layer of sliced bananas to the bottom before filling.
