Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz pasta (penne or your favorite shape)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare Beef Mixture:
In the slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat, diced onion, and minced garlic.
2️⃣ Mix Sauce Ingredients:
In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, heavy cream, dried basil, and dried oregano. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
3️⃣ Slow Cook:
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
4️⃣ Cook the Pasta:
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Stir the cooked pasta into the slow cooker. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix well to combine all flavors.
