For the Pizza:

- 18 to 20 slices pepperoni

- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (no salt) π

Preheat your oven to 500Β°F (260Β°C). If using a pizza stone, let it preheat in the oven for at least 20 minutes to ensure itβs hot. π₯
2οΈβ£ Make the Sauce:
In a small bowl, stir together the tomato sauce, kosher salt, black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, red pepper flakes, and olive oil. This makes enough for one pizza. π
3οΈβ£ Roll Out the Dough:
Lightly flour your surface and roll the dough into a 14-inch diameter circle. If the dough resists, let it rest for 5 minutes to warm up. π
4οΈβ£ Add the Toppings:
Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or fit it into a large cast iron skillet. Spread the sauce over the dough, leaving about 1/4 inch of crust uncovered. Chop half of the pepperoni and sprinkle it over the sauce. Top with grated mozzarella, the rest of the pepperoni, and black pepper. π§π

- If using a pizza stone: Slide the pizza onto the stone and cook for 6 minutes. Rotate the pizza halfway and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and charred in spots. ππ
